Connected Health – Monitoring and Prevention

Published in 14 de September de 2024

Introducing “Connected Health – Monitoring and Prevention”, a project that aims to integrate health data to improve epidemiological monitoring and disease prevention within communities.

Public health is fundamental to the well-being of the population. Our project develops a platform that unifies information from health centers, hospitals, and laboratories, ensuring data interoperability and security through the FIWARE platform.

With “Connected Health,” managers can quickly identify trends and potential outbreaks, allowing for effective preventive actions such as targeted vaccination campaigns and optimized resource allocation. The platform also enables the correlation of health data with other sectors, like education, offering a comprehensive view of factors affecting community well-being.

This project demonstrates the importance of technology in promoting health and reinforces SMI’s mission to develop solutions that improve the quality of life for citizens.
